Some people are jus plain rude.. I don mean to say this of anyone i noe, cuz its not.. its jus a few incidents which i hav witnessed that really left a real bad impression on me.. I noe sometimes people get rude but its unintentional or jus a spur of a moment, and i wud admit that dere r a few times when i consider myself a nuisance to my parents but yet, at least i do not use any crude languages in our arguments nor any foul language on hand.. We live in a cosmopolitan city as i would like to desccribe our small island and no doubt, the variety of foul languages range from hokkien to english... You will be shocked to learn that in this few languages we coould see the 'cosmopolitan' side of our country or as such.. But, do we really wan to put Singapore on the globe jus cuz of this? Aren't we the slightest bit unabashed?

Now, well what makes me think of the rudeness of it all? Here, let me encounter 2 incidents:

First, like many of the Singaporeans, i read XiaXue's blog.. I m not a frequent reader of it but whenever i read it, its with mixed feelings.. I mean the girl has a strong personality in her writing which stands out from the numerous blogs that r vying for attention, like the infamous Colin and Kero( which people are jus interested cuz they r diff, but i tink they are kind of jus a normal couple.. or so i thot?).. So, ok back to the topic at hand. As i read thru her entries, there r tons of foul language and i wud dare say i hav learnt much more about these 'obscenity' than i hav ever anywhere.. Some people might say its being real.. she wrote real stuff, writing what she think and if i don feel pleased, den jus get off her blog.. But, all's in black and white, wont she hurt someone? by writing and featuring them jus like that? And, with that ' amazing language' of hers.. i mean its kind of absurd if doing this will hurt others.. Or am i wrong, if so do correct me!

i m not belonging to one of those hate xiaxue's blog cuz i feel she's a great writer in her own way.. Not many people can unveil their own writing style, and yet i cud see from her blog that, the stories she wrote r kinda engaging in their own way.. Many read them, so why not?

Next, the other incident went someway back and is one of the many MRT related incidents.. yea.. i realised many bloggers tend to blog about incidents in public transport.. But, fear not, i m not one of them.. this is jus my first public transport incident which coincides with my topic.. So, lets listen..
This woman was shouting down the other person's ear( thru her cell).. And, its in full view of everyone in that cabin which yea.. includes me.. Anyone within a proximity of one cabin cud jolly well hear her nonsensical scream and make out the content of her displeasure.. which is about a package thats being sent by her has not reach the recipient and she's making a darn big fuss at the service of the post office and practically threatening to jump the bones of any unfortunate customer service operator who has the misfortune of being her 'dartboard'. The whole cabin was practically listening to her screams, while at the same time trying to pretend to be doing their stuff when in actual fact NO.. But, some people jus voiced their displeasure by giving her an irritated glance which she appeared to hav not received..
Ok, her language is fine.. no foul language( afterall, she's talking to a customer service operator..So..).. BUt, whats disturbing about it is how rude she can get being babarric and unreasonable, even asking the other party to practically shut up( though not the actual words i think).. Did she even pause to think about her actions? Picture this: a woman with hair neatly combed, dressed smartly in a business suit, polished heels. does this description of an educated woman even fit the bill of the vengeful woman shouting down the phone? Its not only an ugly sight but it speaks something about her demeanor too..

Ok, done with my sudden ramblings.. And, going for a fine cycle at pasir ris park lata..
So ciao fer now..And, pardon my utter inconsistent ramblings..
